BLANC DIVA Be Blurry Tint is a an airy fixing lip tint with a semi-velvet finish.

How to use

1. After applying one coat on the inner area of the lips, smack your lips together to spread evenly.
2. With your fingertip or a brush, thinly spread starting from the center and working outward to provide a blurry look.
3. Apply an additional 2-3 coats for more defining color.
